If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (e.g., the item is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
